At Orchid Beach Holiday Rentals we ask that all properties are left how you found them, all food is to be removed from the properties upon departure and any refrigerators/freezers are to be switched off. 

Please remove any rubbish and discard it at the local rubbish dump.

Due to electricity restrictions the use of extra refrigeration or heating element is not permitted during your stay. In the case that extra refrigeration is a necessity you may bring your own generator, please discuss this with us upon booking as conditions apply. Where possible we ask that you please turn off any lights, appliances etc. that are not in use.

Our properties are fully self contained - we just ask that you supply your own personal items, linen and towels.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A 10% administration fee applies to all cancelled bookings.

 

If a booking is cancelled with less than 30 days notice FULL CHARGES will apply.

BARGE INFORMATION -
The Inskip Point (Rainbow Beach) to Hook Point (bottom of Fraser Island) barge runs continuously between 7:00am – 5:30pm daily. The crossing takes about 15 minutes. Be sure to allow waiting time if you are on a schedule.

Another barge runs from River Heads to Wanggoolba Creek on Fraser Island. This barge only travels 3 times a day and the trip is around 30 mins.
Departs River Heads to Wanggoolba Creek -  9:00am, 10:15am, 3:30pm
Departs Wanggoolba Creek to return to River Heads -  9:30am, 2:30pm, 4:00pm
